The TcpWindowSize parameter can be used to set the receive window on a per-interface basis. This parameter can be used to set a global limit for the TCP window size on a system-wide basis.

Open your registry and find the key below.

Create a new DWORD value, or modify the existing value called 'GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize' using the settings below.

Exit your registry, you may need to restart or log out of Windows for the change to take effect.


(Default)	REG_SZ	(value not set)
GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize	REG_DWORD	0x00007fff (32767)
